I completed a rigorous two-year Master’s degree in Pastoral Counselling and a four-year university degree in Counselling Psychology with honours and have worked in various clinics, hospitals, and charitable organisations providing counselling to adults and families over the past 8 years both in the UK and America.
As an individual member of the BACP. I am bound by its ethical framework for good practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the professional conduct procedure therein
I am integrative counselling therapist experienced in counselling adults dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, mind-body disturbances, and mental illness, and am also a trained and experienced family therapist with experience helping adolescents and families with a variety of challenges.
As a counsellor I believe in the importance of self-care and self-understanding which can assist a person in dealing with stress, anxiety, loss, depression, relationship challenges, work challenges, and many other aspects of life that can cause distress.
