Over the past twenty eight years I have worked as a registered nurse and latterly as a counsellor in a variety of organisational settings within the public and private sectors. My model of practice is humanistic and includes a person centered, gesalt and exisential approach.
This means taking you as a whole person into consideration, your mind body and spirit in a respectful way as we explore the difficulties you are facing. Our work together will enable you to address those difficulties.
