Psychotherapy provides a safe and supportive setting in which to explore and address difficulties that you may be facing in your life. For many people, psychotherapy also brings increased confidence, greater self esteem, and the ability to live more fully and freely.
As an Integrative Psychotherapist I draw on various approaches to psychotherapy, combining aspects of Person Centred, Existential, Analytic and Cognitive Behavioural (CBT) and Gestalt therapy into a cohesive and effective way of working, which enables me to tailor the therapy to meet the individual needs of each person.
