Ms Sala Lawrence - Counsellor
As an individual member of the BACP. I am bound by its ethical framework for good practice in Counselling and Psychotherapy and subject to the professional conduct procedure therein.
I am a Humanistic counsellor, integrating the Person-centred, Existential and Gestalt approaches. This combination offers a flexible framework within which we can, together, explore your feelings, thoughts and experiences. In doing this you will develop a stronger sense of who you are, what you want out of life, and how to achieve that.
My belief is that you hold the answers to your questions, the solutions to your problems, the key to a happier and more fulfilling future. But, like many people, you may prefer to find your way forward with the help of a professional counsellor.
I work one-to-one, either short or long term, offering regular weekly counselling, or more flexible arrangements to suit your schedule and therapeutic needs.
