I help women of all ages, shapes and sizes get fit, lose weight and feel more confident about themselves through exercise, weight loss or coaching/mentoring programmes.
I work with either clients one to one basis in their own home or in small class formats in non-gym environments.
I am a qualified as a personal fitness trainer, a trained Pilates teacher, a nutritional advisor and a life and stress mentor.

Pilates Classes
Pilates is a low-impact, gentle form of exercise offering a system of gentle effective movements that reduce tension, de-stress and revitalise the mind and body, resulting in an improvement posture, balance and flexibility.
Pilates focuses on body awareness through muscle isolation and concentrates on developing the strength of the core stability muscles to improve postural alignment.
This form of exercise is suitable for any age and level of fitness.
