Rose Aghdami provides Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) as her primary approach to address anxiety, low mood, self-esteem, stress, emotional eating and driving anxiety. She has 15 years clinical experience and worked in Europe and in the NHS before practising in the private sector.
For the past 6 years she has been a clinical supervisor for several psychologists working in the NHS, in educational settings and in private practice, providing regular consultations regarding their clinical work.
She is a director of Mindexpert, which produces CDs based on psychological expertise to help people develop proven skills to deal with day to day problems - in other words, to become their own Mind Expert.
