Tui Na
Tui na Chinese acupoint massage is a type of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It involves using deep tissue massage to stimulate acupoints (acupuncture points) and remove blockages along the acupuncture meridians of the body, in order to balance the flow of qi (life energy) within the body.
Tui na affects the individual as a whole, by working on the mind, body and spirit. It is also acts preventatively as well as therapeutically, by helping the body’s natural immunity to stop disease, protect itself and heal itself.
