Sexual Difficulties

Although nowadays people are usually fairly open and honest in their general relationships, sexual problems within a relationship can still be a difficult area to discuss with a partner.

Although sexual difficulties are very common, we all feel anxious when we’re having problems with our sex life, and many people are too inhibited and embarrassed to talk frankly and openly about these issues with their partner.

What causes sexual problems

Even when partners are confident enough to discuss their sexual problems openly with each other, the underlying factors that are causing the problems may not be readily apparent. There are many factors that can cause sexual problems, but it may need professional help to identify and deal with them.
