Support to match your needs
We offer a wide variety of counselling and therapeutic services that can be provided according to your needs. Our support usually begins with a free one-to-one 40-minute consultation and assessment here, during which you can discuss your problems with a male or female counsellor psychotherapist. This initial meeting can usually be arranged within 24 hours of contacting us.
Following the first meeting, it may be suggested that you take some time to consider your options, or you may be referred to someone who can provide treatment. This will normally begin within five days.
Typical problems, for which we can provide confidential help by qualified professionals, include abuse, anxiety, bereavement and loss, depression, and relationship issues.
Typical symptoms that you, your family or your friends may notice include: impaired sleep, irritability, lack of concentration, crying outbursts, reliance on alcohol, over reaction to problems, generally feeling ‘down’, and always trying to please others.
